Until now all my treatments have been excellent apart from the cancelations I’m more than happy with everything
I was very happy with my outcome and surgery, I was giving the right informations before and after my surgery. Both doctors and nurses involved with myself were respectful, spoke kindly and gave a peace of mind.
Appointment went smoothly and calmly. Great service.
Had two visits in 3 days at Queens.
Sent to Eye Casualty by Spa Medica as eye pressure way too high following cataract surgery, and they could not deal with it.
I was so very worried but received fantastic treatment from all staff at Queens - cannot thank them enough for the kindness, reassurance and advice given.
Second visit was for initial appointment following GP referral for knee pain. It was an extra clinic running on a Sunday afternoon to help clear the orthopaedics backlog. Once again I have nothing but praise for all the staff and kind doctor that I saw. Very happy with the outcome too.
Thank you so very much - you are doing a GREAT service to us all
The reason for my answers because staff were very very inventive knowledgeable
They were a pleasant to have being looked after was lovely
just good
Staff were excellent, friendly and calming, everyone introduced themselves and was polite.
Apart from a problem with finding a disabled parking bay. Non existent. I was treated extremely well by all staff.
Waiting time is the biggest issue, first stage of assessment within 15 mins of booking in. Then you sit and wait for a blood test and ecg while you watch 4 or 5 members of staff standing talking for 20 mins. You are eventually moved on again to the 3rd area, where after 5 hours a asked when my wife would have her head scan, only to be told they are ready for her, why had we not been told? Taken round by a member of staff. On our return we sit and wait again, only for a porter to then want to take her round for the scan 45 mins later. Eventually get to see a doctor, who only then decided he needed further blood tests. More waiting, so final results after 15.5 hours. Get all of the tests done first then view the results.
Doctors and Nurses, constantly busy, not enough staff for the amount of patients. Was
in the corridor following triage
07:30 in the corridor
13:35 see doctors about blood tests results
14:00 told CT Scan required
19:00 for CT Scan to be completed
21:00 moved to minors
23:00 to informed of results
01.00 sent home
No food provided for the duration, staff said not allowed to provide pureed food for corridor patients.
